Keysight IO Libraries Suite is a collection of libraries, such as VISA, SICL and VISA-COM that give you the ability to use your instruments from instruments control application or from a custom program. The suite also includes utilities that help you quickly and easily connect your instruments to your PC and verify the instrument communication.
It is a tool used to configure, calibrate, and/or test TI devices.
